Delivery & Postage Terms
 

All customer orders will be delivered either by Royal Mail or Courier signed for service. If for any reason we are experiencing difficulties with your delivery, a member of our customer service team will contact you by e-mail or telephone.

Important Delivery Information

When placing your order please take account we are currently upgrading Courier deliveries. Your order will arrive the Next Business Day if ordered by 2.00pm Monday to Friday.  Customers can specify an alternative delivery day/date up to 28 days in advance.

Our standard delivery service is for next working day delivery. All orders received before 2pm will be despatched that working day, subject to the items being in stock. Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched the following day for next working day delivery (UK Mainland only). Please note we do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Saturday deliveries can be pre-arranged at additional cost.

The courier can leave your parcel somewhere safe or with a neighbour if you give these instructions when you place your order. Please Note: If you would like the driver to leave your parcel with a neighbour a signature will be required. You are also welcome to give a different delivery address to the billing address to assist in delivering your order successfully. If you wish to alter any of your delivery details after your order is placed BUT before it is shipped, please contact a member of our Customer Service Team urgently, We will do our best to comply with your wishes BUT we must pass on to you any costs that our Courier levy for changing details after the order is on the 'Van'. Additional charges will be incurred should you fail to accept your delivery after 2 attempts by the courier.

United Kingdom (Mainland)

FREE next working day delivery when you spend more than £50* in a transaction (UK Mainland only excluding Ireland, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands - prices on request). Next working day delivery promise applies only to orders sent by our courier.

UK Offshore Deliveries

We are happy to ship to other locations such as Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man and would recommend that you contact our Customer Service Team to confirm the cost of the shipment for your order. We will try to minimise the cost of shipping your order by getting competitive quotes and have given the option to select £16.95 as a guide price only as to approximately how much the charge will be.

Customer Specific Time Deliveries (UK Mainland)

The following applies to all order values:

£8.95 - Next Working Day by noon

£8.95 - Next Working Day after noon

£16.95 - Next Working Day by 10.30am

£16.95 - Saturday Morning Special

Delivery Times

BabyMonitorShop.co.uk will confirm your order within 10 minutes of receiving your approved transaction. Your products will be dispatched at 4pm the same day, subject to orders being received by 2pm, and delivered the next working day. Low value or Light orders will be sent by 1st Class Royal Mail Standard. If your order is received after 2pm, it will be processed the following working day subject to the terms outlined above.

City Link will deliver between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful a card will be left requesting you to contact the number on the card to arrange a 2nd delivery at a time which is more convenient for you.

Please Note: We cannot arrange the 2nd delivery on your behalf.

Only 2 deliveries will be attempted. If both delivery attempts are missed you will need to contact our Customer Service team on 01778 561086 to arrange a 3rd delivery at an extra cost. Most 3rd deliveries will cost £6.50, Alternatively you can collect you parcel from your local City Link depot by arrangement directly with City Link.

You will be able to track the progress of courier orders online, stage-by-stage, once your order had been dispatched. Occasionally, items may go out of stock, when this happens, we aim to ensure delivery of out-of-stock items within 7 days.

We are working hard to keep delivery charges as low as possible. In fact, we believe our delivery charges to be the fairest of all suppliers in our industry and for orders less than £50 they reflect the cost of picking, packing and shipping. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates for items sent by Royal Mail.
