To return an item to us please follow the following 4 easy steps.

Please NOTE we do NOT accept any returns without a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).

1. Email us with details of the problem at info@babymonitorshop.co.uk
2. Wait for a member of our Customer Services team to get back to you with RAN Number
3. Print and fill out the Returns Label above.
4. Send it back (or if applicable get it collected).

I don't want my purchase

Our 14 day returns guarantee means that if you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of the date you received the item, and we will issue a full refund of the price you paid for the product less the cost of delivery and £2.95 for Administration and Processing. These charges will not apply to faulty products.  The product must be returned in original condition including all packaging.
(This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods.)

We will send you a RAN number within 24 Hours which you must include on the outside of your returned package.  For your convenience we have produced a simple label with our returns address on which you should print and affix to the package, (please find above).  Please pack carefully so as not to damage to outer package.

We recommend sending parcels via a Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or other secure service as we cannot be responsible for lost items.  We will only refund the cost of transit/postage where the return resulted from faulty goods or an error on our part.

We will not refund the cost of gift wrapping, delivery and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is found to be defective.

All refunds will be processed within 14 days

My product is faulty

We will exchange or refund a product which develops a defect within 28 days, upon returning goods please include your original packaging.  If your product develops a defect after 28 days and within its warranty period, we will arrange for a repair or replacement for you.

All Monitors purchased from Baby Monitor Shop are covered by a minimum of a 1 year guarantee.  All other products are covered by a 6 month guarantee. You must ensure returned goods are suitably packaged to avoid in transit damage.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

For products sent back to us that are less than 28 days old and we have agreed to refund transit cost  please include your postage receipt for a refund of the cost subject to the conditions above.
